The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) is a senior level position responsible for planning and executing Laxmi Bank’s digital strategy.
The CDO will be expected to provide strategic leadership and direction on data and emerging trends such as AI and DLT. S/he will also be expected to drive the Bank’s automation and digitization journey, and monitor digital trends and technologies to design new products and solutions (or upgrade existing services) to improve customer experience.
