The incumbent will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing and driving marketing, branding and communication strategies for the Bank. S/he will work in collaboration with all internal and external shareholders, including media, event managers, associates and customers to enhance and strengthen brand Laxmi Bank.
Performance goals for this position will be centered around brand visibility, increased market share and profitability.
Key Requirements:
Qualification: Master/Graduate degree in the field of Finance/Marketing or Business Administration
Work Experience: At least 5 (five) years of relevant experience with a proven track record in the area of marketing, branding and mass communication.
