Regional Sales Manager -2 (Nepalgunj, Birgunj)
Qualification and Requirements:
· Minimum Undergraduate Degree
· 3 years of working experience in sales & marketing preferable
· Soft-spoken, good command over written & spoken English & Nepalese Language
· Two wheeler vehicle with valid license will be preferred
· Make regular purposeful visits to the market dealer to contact prospects, make new additions to pipeline and creation of new database
· Keep track of Competitive Customers, meet and inquire report
· Keep track of Competition Activities, inquire and report
· Visit existing customers, inquire and explain of product updates. new activities
· Plan and conduct ATL & BTL activities like; demos/road shows etc. and report
· Managing dealers in respect to sales, service, spares and accounts
· Plan and Tour to prospective areas, ensuring complete coverage of territory, meet customers and report, Explore new market/network
· Organize and participate in customer meets with free service camps
· Maintain good relations with existing customers and financial institution
· Understanding of the Sales Process, Product Knowledge, Selling Skills and Competition awareness
