Qualification and Requirements:
• Bachelor level passed in Management
• Two wheeler vehicle with valid license will be preferred
• Daily interactions with dealers and plan
• Establish good relationship with all the dealers as well as customers
• Managing dealers in respect to sales, service, spares
• Solve any kind of Sales, Service and Spares related problems
• Product knowledge and sales training to dealer sales personnel
• Handling grievances of Dealers as well as customers
• Plan and conduct BR activities like; demos/road shows etc. and report
• Plan and Tour to prospective areas, ensuring complete coverage of territory, meet customers and report, Explore new market
• Keep track of Competition Activities, inquire and report
• Organize and participate in free service camps and other service related activities
• Handle all kind of service related problems of customers
• Focus on service and ensure customers' are getting good service and spares with ease
