Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor degree in management
Two wheeler with valid license is mandatory
Set a dear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that missionAbility to think strategically with strong client-facing and communication skills
Improve customer service experience. create engaged customers and facilitate organizational growth
Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers, conducting surveys, forming locus groups and benchmarking best practices
Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice, resolving problems with new techniques and detecting and diagnosing network problems
