Customer Care Executive - 2
Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in management
  • Two wheeler with valid license is mandatory
  • Set a dear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that missionAbility to think strategically with strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Improve customer service experience. create engaged customers and facilitate organizational growth
  • Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers, conducting surveys, forming locus groups and benchmarking best practices
  • Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice, resolving problems with new techniques and detecting and diagnosing network problems
