The Job:

The main responsibility of the Recruitment Manager is to find and recruit the best people for our open jobs in Nepal. You will also be helping create and execute a world class talent acquisition strategy. You will be joining a global talent acquisition team that is both disciplined and innovative. Together, you will help develop a globally consistent, locally relevant sourcing and recruiting process that ensures a steady stream of exceptional talent that keeps pace with CloudFactory’s impressive growth. 

As a functional leader in the Talent & Culture Nepal department, you will be an active partner in creating the greatest workforce and workplace in Nepal and on the planet. You will work directly with Kabin Pandey (Associate Director of Talent) and Elijah Elkins (Global Talent Acquisition Manager) and influence talent acquisition strategy. You will be based in Lalitpur, Nepal working with amazing people.

You will be knowledgeable about Nepal talent trends and develop a deep understanding of the availability and value of requisite skills in local markets where CloudFactory has a presence. You will grow and protect CloudFactory’s employer brand, helping us to gain visibility from the Nepal's top purpose-driven talent. You are an expert at candidate engagement and will craft a delightful candidate experience that distinguishes CloudFactory from technology giants many times our size. You will represent CloudFactory at gatherings like conferences, seminars, meet-ups, etc. in various capacities.
