The Job
If your passion is to coach people grow to become future leaders, then this role is for you. You will be leading, mentoring and guiding 20-25 Cloud worker teams. Each team has 5-8 team members, CloudWorkers as we call them, who come from different backgrounds. You will be the teacher, mentor for them and also be the face of CloudFactory to hundreds of people.
At CloudFactory, we believe that leadership is a blend of character, competency, and community. As a People Officer, you exemplify it for your teams while also helping them to grow in those areas. You will also be the point person for teams at CloudFactory, helping workers to find answers and excel in their role to serve the clients.

The Experience
Bachelor's degree but will not be restricted to apply for this role based on the major you took in college.
1-2 years experience managing people, that is a bonus, but we encourage fresh graduates to apply too as long as you have the passion for people and technology.
Job Specification

Be responsible for managing up to 20-25 Cloud Workers teams. Each team has 5-8 members.

Take ownership of each individual ’s success and growth with regards to CloudFactory’s 5 C’s - Character, Competency, Community, Composition, and Calling.

Be the point person for teams at CloudFactory, helping workers to find answers and excel in their role to serve the clients.

Ensuring a smooth work environment for the cloud workers

Help workers and teams give feedback for CloudFactory

Plan and execute the Culture Budget Program

Lead and facilitate worker events, celebrations, recognitions etc

Liaise with other teams within PeopleOps, to share knowledge and bring improvements.
