Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers and visitors professionally.
Answer and transfer phone calls to the concerned staff.
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product or company information.
Coordinate with the Sales, Billing, Store, and HR departments.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
Record visitor information when required.
Receive and distribute documents, parcels, and courier deliveries.
Support general administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum +2 completed (Bachelor's Running/Completed preferred).
Good communication skills in Nepali and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused personality.
Experience in Reception or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
