Qualified Trainers/ Facilitators
We are looking for Qualified Trainers/ Facilitators that will enrich the training department and add value to the organization. The candidates will be selected according to their credentials and afterwards kept in KFA's Trainers pool which will provide them the opportunity to conduct various training programs of KFA. The incumbent are required to choose maximum of three interest area from Employee motivation, Customer care/services, Sales and Marketing, Grooming and Professional etiquette, Supervisory leadership, Microsoft office (Intermediate/Advance), Business writing skills, Human Resource Management, Coaching & Monitoring, Strategic Management, Communication, Leadership, Team Building, Banking Functions, Accounting and Finance.
The applicants having at least 2 year experience as trainers/ facilitators with the passion in training and who fit the requirement mentioned above are requested to apply.
