Organizing and managing records, files and financial reporting requirements.

Management of Maintenance team

Supervising team and effectively Managing day-to-day operations at assigned properties
· Increase portfolio of sales independently through renting/ selling properties.

Using effective and pragmatic marketing activities/strategies to increase clients/portfolio of Properties

Providing guidance and helping clients in renting/purchasing/selling property at the right price under the best terms

Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales

Promoting and Marketing the success of Nana Properties Interests
