Organizing and managing records, files and financial reporting requirements.

Manage allocated portfolio of properties through the entire “Property Management Cycle”

New Tenancy Establishment (Applications and Leasing)

Property Maintenance

Routine Inspections

Lease Renewals and Terminations (Vacating Property)

Management of Arrears/Fines/Bond Deposits

Accuracy and Integrity of Trust Accounting

Maintaining a high level of service for tenants and landlords

Excellence in Customer Service and Communication

Ensuring Maximum occupation of properties at all times.

Ensuring provision of all facilities in portfolio of properties

Respond to crisis or emergencies at Properties

Management of Maintenance team

Supervising team and effectively Managing day-to-day operations at assigned properties

Increase portfolio of sales independently through renting/ selling properties.

Using effective and pragmatic marketing activities/strategies to increase clients/portfolio of Properties

Monitoring Rental Market Conditions

Providing guidance and helping clients in renting/purchasing/selling property at the right price under the best terms
-
Remain up-to-date about real estate market trends and patterns, legal and administrative requirements; and best practices

Use effective and pragmatic marketing activities/strategies to increase clients

Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales

Promoting and Marketing the success of Nana Properties Interests
