Project Officer (based in site office -Thirpu) -1
Key Responsibilities:
Directly responsible to implement the programme in community settings , facilitate the community groups/meetings and planning process , coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resource leveraging ; monitor/support community facilitator in community empowerment process ,perform as a role model report to District Coordinator and Project Coordinator.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Agriculture/forestry/Economics or any development subject , having at least 3-5 years working experience on human rights based approach , participatory local community development models ,women empowerment and income generation promotion /micro enterprise , strong community motivation, facilitation skills , and PRA tools.
