Community Development Facilitator (based on programme VDCs ) - 2
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to facilitate the community meetings ,trainings, local planning process; coordinate /liaise the local stakeholders and service providers ; facilitate the local advocacy campaigns ; support communities / groups to plan themselves and implement the actions , link the enterprise /products with markets , document and report.
Preferred Qualifications and experience:
Have at least intermediate degree and have 5-7 years of experience in women empowerment , self-help-group facilitation, income generation , alternative livelihood promotion.
