Minimum requirement of a bachelor degree in social science, business, or agriculture (Master degree is preferred)
At least five years’ experience with NGO/INGO sector in the field of DRR, Resilience, Climate Change or Agriculture/livelihoods
Strong report writing and communication skills in English
Previous experiences on flood resilience, early warning, and livelihoods etc. would be added value.

Duty Station: Kathmandu, Nepal with frequent travel to Nepal and India project sites
Job Summary:
Water Window Nepal-India Transboundary Resilience Program is one of the LWR’s strategic projects in the Asia and the Middle East region. To ensure better implementation, monitoring and achieving high-quality results, the Project Officer needs to play a crucial role. He/She ensures close coordination and communication among the implementing partners and between LWR country teams (Nepal-India).​
