Job Specification:
Must have completed Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the recognized university with excellent grades, preferably Master's in Construction Management.
Must have 6/7 years of experience in housing construction and site management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a busy workload, meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure
Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the team and organization
Ability to solve problems/develop effective solutions
Job Description:
Create a detail work plan which identifies the sequences and activities needed to successfully complete the project
Ensuring harmonious relations amongst project staff and making arrangements for developing and maintaining congenial work environment in the company
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to top management on a regular basis (monthly)
Ensure the technical team follows the specification and the drawings and designs as per the company benchmark.
Mobilize the Sales Team at the maximum level and monitor the team deliveries with the target set
Formulating and implementing objectives, strategies, policies, plans and programs related to overall project through intensive environment analysis and obtaining necessary approval from the Top Management
Preparing annual forecasts and budget for overall project in coordination with Department Heads
