Job Description

1. Chief Technical Officer-     1 nos

Job Specification:

  1. Must have completed Master's degree from the recognized university with excellent grades.
  2. Must have 15 years and above of experience in the related field (Preferable in Building/Housing Construction Company)
  3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a busy workload, meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure
  4. Ability to solve problems/develop effective solutions

Job Description:

  1. Formulating and implementing technical strategies, plans ,policies and programs related to overall company through intensive environmental analysis and obtaining necessary approval from the Chairman/Executive Director
  2. Monitoring and evaluating the approved plans, programs, schemes and other activities undertaken by different projects
  3. Performs quality control checks, ensuring the safety and effectiveness or reliability of the system or product compatible evaluation in the costs within a specific time frame.
  4. Supervises the Project in-charge the installation of the equipment or the manufacturing process of a product
  5. Resolves disputes between team members
  6. Communicating or ensuring communication of governmental fiscal and other policies, rules, regulations and procedures affecting company products
  7. Representing the company in matters related to technical activities and establishing liaison with relevant governmental, non-governmental, social institutions and others on matters relating with the company business
