Office of the Millennium Challenge Nepal (OMCN) is the entity created through a joint initiative between the Government of Nepal and Millennium Challenge Corporation, USA. This entity assumes the responsibility to develop a Compact for Nepal tentatively in the next two years, and hand over the task of project implementation to the succeeding MCC entity Millennium Challenge Account. Following the conclusions from the comprehensive report Nepal Growth Diagnostic, projects in the Transport and Power sector will be identified.
