Main duties and responsibilities:
Lead the effective implementation, monitoring and evaluation of thePHDP under the guidance of the Executive Director of JuRI-Nepal. S/he will enhance the capacity ofCSOs, local partners ofIM and other stakeholders; monitor anddocument the cases on ESCR, SGBV and discrimination in close coordination with the local partners of IM; promote ESCR dialogues; and coordinate evidence-based advocacy at all levels.
Qualifications and experience:
Masters Degree in human rights, law, sociology, development study or any other relevant
subject with minimum fiveyears working experience inhuman rights and developmentsector with particular focuson livelihood, girls' education, SGBV and project management. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
