As a programme producer, you will be responsible for running the show. You will be tasked with the following:
• Coming up with the vision for the show and ensuring that your team works to fulfill that vision.
• Working with your team to come up with creative, innovative content that resonates with local viewers and keeps them coming back for more.
• Grooming all members of your team, helping them grow and turning them into team assets. We are looking for a team leader who is driven to producing the best show of its kind in Nepal.
