Samaritan's Purse is an international relief organization that provides relief to people affected by disaster, disease, war and poverty around the world in Nepal since 2015.
We are seeking for a qualified and dynamic Nepali national to join Samaritan's Purse office in Kathmandu for the below position:
Position: Program Quality Advisor
No. of requirement: 1
Duty Station: Kathmandu Office
Key responsibilities:

Ensure quality assurance within programming utilizing SP PDO FOG technologies for program improvement

Responsible for program development activities, monitoring and evaluation and capacity building of national staff and partners

Developing program through writing concept papers, proposals and budget for SP-Nepal using best practices

Build relationship on behalf of SP-Nepal with bilateral donors, International Non-governmental Organization, and other agencies

Responsible for monitoring the donor landscape and will proactively seek opportunities for further funding from international donors to maximize the impact of SP's work in Nepal

Assist the country director with strategic planning and the implementation, monitoring and evaluation and reporting of newly funded programs
Preferred Qualification and Experience:

Master's Degree in Administration / Management, Social Science or degree in related subject

Good level of language proficiency in English and Nepali

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role for an Intl NGO (strongly preferred)

Good sense of confidentiality

Ready to travel and work in remote areas
