  • Sensitive and responsive to gender, ethnicity, disability and other social issues and core values of the consortium partners.
  • Proactive in liaising and problem solving.
  • Self-motivated, confident and independent. Proficient in social skills and necessary to build effective working relationships with a broad range of people.
  • Committed to developing a complete understanding of theproject objectives and ensure that the intended objectives are duly shared with the beneficiaries and the local government partners.

Qualification

  • Intermediate level with experience in Agriculture or Livestock or other related field within depth understanding rural and urban poverty and vulnerability issues in Nepal.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
