To help young people become job-ready, by leading the entire programs directed towards providing trade specific trainings, career counseling while also facilitate for job placement or self-employment opportunities.
Major duties and responsibilities:
Lead and take charge of the entire school operations from managing its establishment to program planning and implementation.
In line with strategy of organization and school, develop detailed action plan; design and implement training curriculum for trades that are marketable.
Closely support in recruitment and selection of staffs required for the school, setting up teams, providing guidance and leadership to get the desired performance.
Effectively promote the services of the school and encourage student enrollment (as per target group).
Ensure delivery of high quality instruction/training, motivational career counseling and that support is provided for job placement or self-employment opportunities.
Set clear priorities to obtain approval/certifications from concerned authorities for the training programs and for skill testing of trained individuals.
Coordinate and connect with stakeholders at various levels (governmental or non-governmental) as required for the successful operation of the school.
Ensure proper utilization and mobilization of all resources (human and non-human); diligently manage logistics, materials/tools/equipment for training, operations related contracts/outsourcing in compliance with set organizational standards and allocated funds.
Continuously monitor and review progress, generate pragmatic solutions for improvements.
Organize and manage/develop reports as needed for various stakeholders.

Master's Degree (preferably in Management with Mechanical Engineering) At least 5 Years of experience in relevant field in leadership position.
5 Years
Well acquainted with the intricacies of vocational training and its program management. Strong communication & interpersonal skills, able to lead & motive, agreeable & adaptive
to changes, self-motivated & goal/task-oriented; able to effectively work on computer (Windows-based applications).
Lalitpur with frequent field visits.
Bilingual, English and Nepali.
Preferably should hold a valid two wheeler driving license.
