Supervise daily packing operations (pouch, jar, tin, jar, etc.)
✅ Ensure correct weight, sealing, labeling & packing quality
✅ Manage packing manpower & shift planning
✅ Monitor packing material consumption & stock
✅ Maintain hygiene, safety & GMP standards
✅ Coordinate with Production, QC & Dispatch teams
✅ Reduce wastage & improve packing efficiency
Experience in edible oil / FMCG packing unit
✔ Knowledge of packing machines & processes
✔ Ability to handle manpower & meet daily targets
✔ Basic computer knowledge (reporting, stock)
✔ Honest, disciplined & result-oriented
