Minimum high school (grade 12) passed with enthusiasm to work for community empowerment through media.
Experience of working as a radio producer/journalist or former Community Reporter.
Good communication skills, ideally with the ability to communicate in a local language.
Ability to observe keenly and document observations in a presentable manner.
Past experience working at the community level on Equal Access projects will be an asset.
Good organizational and people skills essential.
Ability to travel to Project districts frequently.
