Responsibilities:
Conduct regular market study to address the needs for new services and packages, identify problems and plan pricing
Communicate with the customers to understand their needs and stay updated on the market trends
Attend and represent the Clinic in business programs and events
Organize and manage events and campaigns such as seminars, marketing events, workshops and conferences for the Clinic
Handle the social media accounts of the Clinic including answering customer queries and posting content regularly
Create marketing strategies to design and market the service packages
Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
Ensure brand consistency when developing the marketing strategies
Research and decide on the number of products to be kept in stock for sale purposes
Conduct inventory checks on those products at the end of every month
Prepare the purchase sheet for the purchase of inventory with details about the vendor, price and time of delivery
Conduct quality checks on the products and equipments received for sales
Prepare weekly operational reports as needed
Qualifications
2 -3 years of work experience in health sector
Proficiency in MSOffice
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop and other content creation apps
Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Nepali)
Ability to work under pressure
