De Ni Healing Clinic is looking for a Receptionist to be the front face of De Ni welcoming all customers while managing all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position in healthcare, spa and wellness and hospitality. You should also have good knowledge of how a front desk and cashier operates. You should be available to take morning and evening shifts.

Terms: Full-time (7.5 hrs per day, 45 hrs per week)
Work hours: 7:00 am to 2:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 9:00 pm (with 30 minutes break)
Work Days: Sunday - Friday

Responsibilities:
Liaise with doctors, physiotherapist and other team members to ensure that patients receive a seamless experience
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
Cross-sell services and introduce new ones (e.g. medical massages, physiotherapy and medications )
Ensure that the housekeeping staff have done their job properly in the area overlooking the reception
Prepare reports necessary on the clinic’s functioning on the provided performance
Send reminders to the patients on appointment
Receive and convey customer/patient feedback to team and HoD
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain patient confidentiality
Maintain accurate documentation of the customer information
Stay informed on all services provided by the clinic to be able to answer the queries of the customers
Candidate requirement:
Minimum 2 years of work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role in customer facing and sales role
Bachelor's degree in management, hospitality or other relevant courses
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic computer handling with proficiency in MS Office and Google suite products
Customer satisfaction-oriented and can work well with people
Amicable, very polite, hospitable and can carry on the De Ni brand in every customer interaction
Ability to manage multiple demands and can work well under pressure
Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
Knowledge of telephone etiquettes
Attention to detail
