Job Title: Receptionist (3)
Location: Ekantakuna, Lalitpur, Nepal
Work hours: 7:00 am to 2:30 pm or 1:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Salary: Competitive
Experience requirement: 2 year experience in healthcare, spa and wellness, hospitality, and
other customer facing roles
Responsibilities:
● Welcome and greet all customers when entering or leaving the clinic
● Liaise with doctors, physiotherapist and other team members to ensure that patients receive a seamless experience
● Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
● Collect payments whether in cash or credit
● Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
● Prepare reports necessary on the clinic’s functioning on the provided proforma
● Send reminders to the patients on appointment
● Receive and convey customer/patient feedback to team and HoD
● Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
● Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
● Maintain patient confidentiality
● Maintain accurate documentation of the customer information
● Stay informed on all services provided by the clinic to be able to answer the queries of the customers
● Assist in any related tasks given by the senior manager
Candidate requirement:
● Minimum 2 years of work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role in customer facing and sales role
● Bachelor's degree in management, hospitality or other relevant courses
● Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
● Basic computer handling with proficiency in MS Office and Google suite products
● Customer satisfaction-oriented and can work well with people
● Ability to manage multiple demands and can work well under pressure
● Open-minded to learn new components of the business and take new initiatives
