§ Prioritize BFI support and take best measures to eliminate administrative issues on time.
§ Ensure good communication between banks and foreign suppliers.
§ Arrange meeting and maintain good relationship with the customers/BFI.
§ Keep track of documentation, which needs to be handled on time and delivered to right people.
§ Tracking of commissions, receivables and compare with payables.
§ Keeping records on project milestones & timelines and project updates.
§ Responsible for documents signoff as per the requirement.
§ Prepare budgets, commission receivables, projection reports.
§ Drafting Project plan, proposal letters, Purchase orders, contracts, addendums and letters for new projects or on renewal of services.
§ Keeping track of contract dates and pre-notifying on renewal of contracts on time.
§ Reports preparation on schedule basis for comparative analysis (Monthly, Quarterly & Annually)
o Financial & Administrative Updates on Projects
o Reports on commission, documentation, project completions
o Monthly Cash Budget & Variance Analysis Report with supporting
o Minutes, applications & others administrative reports
• Knowledge in Business Laws specially on drafting contract, MoU, addendums & business letters. Priority for Student/Degree holder in law.
• Well familiar with preparing Budget, presenting variances, and summary reports.
• Smart personality with good command in communication skills particularly in Nepali & English writing.
• Positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations.
• Proficiency on emails, MS office applications and adaptability to learn ERP.
• Priority for those who has 3+years of experience in related field & own wheels
