Job Description

Shangri-La Hotel Kathmandu. Nepal seeks application from interested Nepalese Candidates for the following position based in Kathmandu.

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor in Hotel Management (Minimum) with specialization in Human Resource Management. Must have a training skill and should be able to conduct departmental training time to time.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience is preferred. Candidate must have knowledge of hotel software system.
  • Handling. leading and directing Human Resource functions including recruitment, retention, training & development, compensation. benefits. employee and labor relations.
  • Candidates from star hotel working background are highly encouraged.

Salary & Benefits: As per company policy.
