Position: Executive Chef
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree / Hotel Management.
Hands-on experience of at least 5 yrs in a similar position from any five-star hotel.
Should be capable of managing and organizing food and beverage production department.
Should be a team leader and be capable of managing and training the junior staff.
Should be able to create a good quality menu.
Should be able to plan and promote the menus for different restaurants and events.
Must have sound knowledge of HACCAP system.
Should be willing to work under pressure.
