Level/Salary Range: Senior Officer

Role and Responsibilities :

Bank Management believes that HR is the most complex yet most important management function. The Head of HR is responsible for development of HR Action Plan in co-  ordination with senior management. The position will further overlook the HR  Administration work in complete cycle from vacancy requisition, vacancy announcement, recruitment, short listing, selection, training and development, performance appraisal, salary and perks review, leave management, grievances  handling,  conflict management,  retirement/resignation handling, succession  planning etc.

Qualifications and other Requirements

  • Should have completed at least Masters in Business Administration/Management  preferably with HR major.
  • Should have at least 4 years’ experience in HR related or management functions in  corporate  sector.
  • Should have good knowledge of Labor Related Acts and Regulations (Labor Act, Bonus  Act,  Labor Regulations) and have experience in Labor Related issues handling. .
  • Should have proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Work, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio  etc).
  • Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

  • Previous role as handling HR function in an organization having employees of above 250  number  in core senior team is preferred.
  • Candidates having prior experience of handling labor disputes, industrial relation and  work  experience of MNC/Manufacturing Corporate is preferred.
  • Candidates having good interpersonal skills and ability to organize various motivating  events,  practices, programs are preferred.
  • Positive attitude and constructive behavior is must.
  • Advanced IT skills specially in Excel will be an added advantage.
