Role and Responsibilities :
Bank Management believes that HR is the most complex yet most important management function. The Head of HR is responsible for development of HR Action Plan in co- ordination with senior management. The position will further overlook the HR Administration work in complete cycle from vacancy requisition, vacancy announcement, recruitment, short listing, selection, training and development, performance appraisal, salary and perks review, leave management, grievances handling, conflict management, retirement/resignation handling, succession planning etc.
