Role and Responsibilities:
Head of Compliance will be responsible to design and implement an effective internal control system pertaining to the national level development bank. The incumbent will be responsible for proper monitoring of the compliance of the organization with various rules, regulations, laws, directives, and circulars of regulatory bodies as well as equally important role shall be fulfilled to ensure that the internal rules, regulations and authority delegation that have been developed by the organization are followed. Also the post shall be responsible for the preparation and timely reporting of the NRB reports to the central bank as required.
