Qualifications/Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree in human resourse management, business/organizational management, social science, international development or any other relevant field.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant hands-on working experience in HR management, result-based monitoring or related field. Experiences in coordination multi-stakeholders and analytical report writing will be an advantage.
Language requirement: Excellent command of both Nepali and English in writing and speaking.
Computer skills: High proficiency in the use of Microsoft office and applications, comfortable in use of data analysis visualization software/programs.
