In Nepal, Restless Development has been working in the youth and adolescents development sector since more than 25 years. It is the recipient of several international and national awards. It works in formal partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Restless Development Nepal works in more than 35 districts along the country. We are implementing five different projects in the areas of sexual rights, leadership, voice or living with the aim of including young people as part of the solution of the persistent problems facing the world. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual, with a high sense of integrity to join the Finance and Admin unit. S/he will work with us doing financial analysis, reforecasting and reporting.
ABOUT the role
This position supports the head office with the basic use of finance systems, operationalizes group core finance processes, equips head office to meet donor requirements, and supports the effective application of financial controls, administration, and deliver capacity building in
designated areas. This position will also be responsible to assist in accounting and budgetary functions for related grants, ensure conformity with donor reporting requirements and the compliance standards established by donors, international and national accounting and auditing standards. S/he closely works with Finance and Admin Manager (FAM).
