Restless Development Nepal has been implementing Hamro Sawal Hamro Sahabhagita (HAMSA) in partnership with UNICEF. The programme aims to contribute to the six domains envisage by National Plan of Action for Holistic Adolescents Development (NPA). While doing so, Restless Development has led to develop social and financial package ‘Rupantaran’ for holistic development of adolescents. Restless Development Nepal has been rolling out Rupantaran through Ministry of Youth and Sports/Nepal Scouts, Department of Women and Children and I/NGOs. Importantly, the programme is being implemented for the high risk adolescents through their leading organizations Recovering Nepal, National Federation of Women Living HIV, Jagriti Mahila Mahasangh and Federation of Sexual and Gender Minorities. Addition to this, Restless Development has signed its strategic partnership with Unicef to roll out Rupantaran package with the adolescents in earthquake affected districts, Gorkha, Sindhupalchowk, Dhading and Sindhuli.
The Program Coordinator is responsible to implement HAMSA programme, capacity building for partners and stakeholders, ensuring programme quality, monitoring, reporting in coordination with regional coordinator, partner organizations.
