Kalpavriksha is a social enterprise based in Nepal that has entered into partnership with US based Empower Generation and Australia based Pollinate Energy. Together they envision to serve the disadvantaged of India and Nepal through their last mile distribution business.
We have two positions open as field mobilizer. Field Mobilizer- role is a full time position. This position is open in Chitwan and in Kailali with travel to field areas. Local of mentioned areas are highly encouraged. This position adds value to the performance of the company.
Following will be the responsibilities:
Responsible to run product demo events across assigned communities
Assist in Training program
Maintain working knowledge of all communities and build relationships with community members as representatives to assist Pollinators’/Suryamukhis’ (sales representatives) sales activities
Support in branch office activities for sales and other initiatives
Assist in leading recruitment drives in rural locations to support recruitment team, with a focus on recruiting women from low-income communities
Evaluate and report field activities and sales performance of the sales team on a regular basis
Develop an effective community survey program, execute and report on a periodic basis
Assist in running the student fellowship and volunteer program on as-needs basis
