Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls and queries to MD’s office
  • Liaise with staff, clients, suppliers & Principal Company Delegates
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the MD
  • Manage and maintain manager's diary appointments and travel schedule.
  • Schedule, coordinate and confirm meetings.
  • Ensure every concerned person is sufficiently prepared for meetings with MD by timely communication verbal and written.
  • MD’s Schedule Management
  • Travel and Events Coordination
  • Financial Administration of MD’s Office
  • Compile routine reports and submit to MD.
  • Compile and manage data from multiple sources into consolidated spreadsheets and presentations for reporting purposes.
  • Take and compile meeting minutes or dictation and circulate to all concerned.
  • Provide general assistance during Presentation.

Job Specification

  • At least Bachelors Degree from Management Stream
  • Minimum 3 Years Work Experience in Secretarial Role
  • Knowledge of MS Office Package
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
