Job Description
Responsibilities
Design and deliver Training of Trainer’s course for Resource Trainers and mentor them regularly.
Capacitate resource trainers, community mobilizers local CSOs on child friendly school, child protection and participation.
Develop implementation plan in coordination with team leaders
Develop tools for the baseline/end line study and prepare reports accordingly
Liaison with local government for establishing child protection mechanisms
Design and develop IEC and advocacy materials related to child friendly education and child rights (especially on protection and participation)
Design and implement child friendly methodology in schools
Campaigns design and coordination
Prepare success story related with training
Minimum Qualification and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Education or any other discipline with 3 years’ experience of working in Child protection and training of trainer (ToT) sector.
Good knowledge and skills on child friendly and interactive teaching learning as well as Child Friendly School National Frame Work.
In depth skills and knowledge on education, child protection, policy advocacy, formulation and implementation.
Good skills and knowledge on training design, delivery and evaluation.
Demonstrated experience in child friendly methodology in schools
Demonstrated experience in campaigns coordination
Skills and knowledge on communication /feedback and mentoring skills
Good Coordination and Networking Skills
Excellent oral and written skills in both Nepali and English
Local language skills ( Awadi )
