Job Description

Summary:

The content analyst will work with our E-Paath team of content experts and designers to review and refine digital learning activities for Maths, Science, English and Nepali subjects for Grades 1-6. We are looking for a fellow who can enhance the quality and the UI/UX experience of already developed E-Paath learning activities, and create new contents as needed..

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our existing team of experts, designers and developers to review and enhance the contents and UI/UX experience of E-Paath activities
  • Critically analyze curriculum requirements and E-Paath contents suggesting edits and enhancing overall quality
  • Critically analyze user workflow and enhance UX effectiveness of E-Paath contents
  • Create user guide/help document for the existing E-Paath contents
  • Review text, audio, and images of E-Paath contents

Qualification/Traits:

  • Strong command of contents covered in schools for Maths, Science, English, and Nepali
  • Good understanding of common curricula, and children’s learning styles and abilities. Teaching or related classroom experience will be an added advantage.
  • A passion for education with intuition on how young students learn
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the related fields like Education, Sciences, or Computer Science (with course on UX and graphic design); Fine Arts (with course on UX and graphic design); or Graphic Design
  • Familiarity with Google docs, slides and spreadsheets
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Preferred: Basic proficiency in graphic design, and UI/UX design principles and practices
  • Preferred: Experience creating any kind of digital learning tools
  • Preferred: Experience in the education sector in rural and public settings
