Required Knowledge & Skills: Candidate needs to be acquainted with overall credit/deposit sales and fundamental knowledge of operational functions of the bank and have the ability to lead diverse team effectively, demonstrate strong sense of work ethics, and have strong drive with a demonstrated willingness to take on challenging sales targets.
Experience: At least 5 years of banking experience for Managerial Level and 3 years of banking experience for Officer Level in credit/deposit sales and basic operations.
Note: The applicant must be presently working at the same level or one level below the position applied for.
Minimum criteria for applied position:
Managerial Level: 29 to 50 years for male candidates and for female candidates age should not exceed 55 years as of last date of vacancy not ke. Preference shall be given to candidates having Master's Degree or equivalent from recognized university/college
Officer Level 22 to 40 years for male candidates and for female candidates age should not exceed 45 years as of last date of vacancy notice. Bachelor's Degree from recognized university/college
