Job Description

Position: Administrative Officer

Contract Duration: Until March 31, 2020 from the appointment date (3 months' Probation, Renewable after performance review)

Duty Station: KOICA Nepal Office, Jwagal, Lalitpur

Office Hours: Full-Time (09:00-17:00), Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assigned administrative work related to KOICA ODA Program coordination, networking, with Ministries and related stakeholders as per required
  • Responsible for undertaking jobs related to overall VAT refund of KOICA Nepal Office
  • Perform administrative duties with regards to KOICA office building, KOICA hostel, Korean official's residence (contract renewal).
  • Responsible for managing and handling overall administrative work with regards to the regular health checkup and insurance of KOICA staff and Volunteers.
  • Undertake administrative works with regards to the insurance of office vehicles, maintain office vehicle registration track
  • Maintains cordial relation with health institutions, Insurance companies and other related stake holders.
  • Performs any other administration duties as assigned by Country Director.

Required qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with very Good Communication skills
  • Nepali Citizen with good health condition.
  • Multi-tasking and good interpersonal skills
  • Mandatory minimum 2 years' work experience in administrative sector.
  • Proficient Nepali and English language skill (speaking and writing good reports)
  • Establish high and reliable network with relevant stakeholders.
  • Appropriate computer ski Ils(including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
