JOB Description –Admin

National Structure & Engineering P. Ltd is one of the fastest growing, high and specialized steel fabrication and construction company motivated and dedicated on delivery excellent quality, cost and service all over Nepal.

The following information is furnished to assist staff joining spirit NSEPl to understand and appreciate the works content for their post & the role they are to play in the Organization.

Title of the post: Admin (full time)

Location:  Hetauda

Responsible for:  General enquiries and company administrative procedure.

Pay scale: 15K-18K

Hours of work= 48 hr per week, Sun -Fri, flexible time

Key task and responsibilities:

General admin duties:

• Answering phone and directing enquiries.
• Dealing with email enquiries
• General office management
• Arranging internal and external events
• Perform accounting task, including invoicing and budgeting tracks.
• Provide administrative support for operation team.

Skills required

• Associate degree required (Bachelor degree preferred)
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented
• Able to complete complex administrative task with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
