Good knowledge on fiber laying Skill on fault specified area specially Trunk Line
Proper knowledge on Maintenance skill of ADSS fiber cable
Proper knowledge on ladder fixing and climbing on pole end with Proper EHS rule.
Good on fault finding and solving skills
Good knowledge on fiber to home customer end connection
Proper caballing and fiber routing skills
Knowledge on laser light, Power meter, Splicing machine and basic tools handling and operation skills
Good knowledge on FTTH network service standard and guideline.
Having driving license- Two Wheelers
