Job Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintain performance records of employees
Maintain employee records in a timely manner while ensuring legal compliance
Handle employee grievances and also conduct the exit interview
Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in HR
2 years of experience in related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Supervisory and management experience.
