Trainee journalist - Online Division (2)

Job Description:

  • Reporting, translating and editing news items along with value addition
  • Producing and editing multimedia content
  • Carrying out background research for in-depth stories

Qualification:

  • Bachelors in English, Mass Communication or Journalism (preferred)
  • Fresher with zeal to build career in journalism may apply.
  • Prior experience in English news media will be given preference

Requirement/ Skills:

  • Should have good editing skills and command over English
  • Sound computer skills including photo and video editing
  • Good news sense
  • Readiness to work in rotating shifts and during odd hours
  • Should be proactive with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team - Communication and interpersonal skills are a must
