Job Description

Description of Roles

Strategic and technical direction;

team management; representation of the programme;

high-level stakeholder engagement;

Strategic guidance and thought-leadership (both full and part time positions)

Skills and Qualifications

   Experience managing large development programmes in relevant technical areas and working effectively with development       partners

Proven leadership track record

Evidence of effective work to bring a broad range of diverse stakeholders toget

Experience providing strategic direction to community development work

  Good understanding of the challenges faced in Nepal's earthquake affected districts
