Requirements:
An ideal candidate must have Master's degree in Civil Engineering, with minimum of 15 years of total Professional Experience. Candidate must have experience of minimum five years as Resident Engineer/Highway Engineer or equivalent position in supervision or contract administration of highway or road contracts (at least 1 contract over NPR 500 million). Experience of rural road/road construction in hilly and plain areas and working with donor agencies will be preferred.

The company was established in the year 1986 as an Engineering Consulting Firm as SETH Engineering Services, which grew into a private Limited company according to the company act of Government of Nepal in the year 1986 A.D. as SETH Engineering Services (P.) Ltd. From September 2000 the consultancy revised and changed its name as Environment & Resource Management Consultant (P.) Ltd.
