Sr. Assistant or Supervisor Technical Sales

REQUIREMENT

JOB LOCATION

Kathmandu

JOB DUTIES
  1. Project site visit across Nepal with Sales people & get the projects approved.
  2. Identify new products as per customer's requirements (including institutional customers) & coordinate with Technology & Sales team for launching the new products.
  3. Visit site of customer complaints (genuine complaints) & forward report to Production & Technology department for root cause identification & problem resolving.
  4. Provide feedback received during complaint visit to concerned persons.
  5. Interact with Technology team for application of new products & train the applicators/contractors on the same.
  6. Provide product application related training to Sales and Depot heads, focusing on creating awareness for non genuine and genuine quality issues.
  7. Provide training to dealers, shop boys & painters on products, application, tinting in coordination with Sales Team.
  8. Provide training to site engineers.

EDUCATION

Diploma in Civil Engineer

EXPERIENCE

2 to 3 years experience in Builder/Construction segment

AGE

Below 40 years

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

 
  1. Handling complaints tactfully.
  2. Listening skills.
  3. Technical knowledge about paints.
  4. Skills to impart training to others.
  5. Interpersonal skills.
  6. Smart & Intelligent.
  7. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  8. Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Our factory operates with Effluent Treatment Plant which ensures that the water we discharge in the sewerage is cleaner and free of harmful elements.
