Service Technician (Livguard Brand) based in Itahari.
Job Description:
Receive warranty claim of battery from our dealers & replace by checking through proper process.
Maintain Proper Documentation of battery replacement process.
Daily, Weekly and Monthly report as required by management.
Establishing and expanding the Customer Care service.
Collect data and claim information and report to senior.
Suggest ideas and strategies to minimizing claim of Livguard Batteries.
Work based in Itahari but required to go on marketing tours as decided by the management. Duration of tour can be expected between 10 days every month.
Other duties may arise from time to time and be assigned to the employee.
Manage Campaigning and technical activities.
Requirements and Qualification:
Min. of 2 year in the field of Battery & UPS.
Intermediate in any field. (Preferred Technical).
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
Should have knowledge of Email, Internet, Microsoft office package (especially Microsoft excel).
Capable working under Pressure.
Must have 2 wheeler's driving licenses.
