Job Description:
Establish New Brand in Lubricant Industry.
Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market.
Kathmandu based and travel to other locations as decided by the company.
Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
Remain up-to-date about market information and develop strategies to boost sales.
Manage team and subordinates innovatively reach more potential customers.
Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
Target management, market awareness, and commercial negotiation skills.
Developing marketing strategies, sufficient market links to boost up the sales of the company.
Job Specification
Requirements and Qualification:
Strong, Creative, Strategic, Analytical, Organizational and Personal skills.
Min. of 3 years in the field of sales and marketing in Lubricants.
Bachelor's degree in management. (Preferred Master's Degree in Marketing).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
Should have knowledge of Email, Internet, Microsoft office package (especially Microsoft excel).
Should have Basic accounting knowledge.
Capable working under Pressure.
